According to Vavilov, China’s proposal to resolve the Ukrainian conflict is no different from other proposals offered by the country in relation to other military conflicts. At the same time, America’s desire to involve China in the settlement of the conflict turns out to be an outwardly formal and neutral approach, in fact, China’s rejection of the American scenario.
“The abandonment of the Cold War mentality, the demand to abandon the imposition of sanctions can be regarded as the only differences from other peace plans,” he said.
