In Belarus, an exercise is underway with the use of the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system. This is reported by TASS, referring to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
The exercise for the Belarusian military is going to be conducted by the Ministry of Defense of the country. These events will be held using the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system.
“One of the units armed with the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system is advancing to the designated area. The fighters will have to work out a set of measures to equip the area of starting positions and prepare equipment for combat use”, the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the republic says.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced the deployment of Russian S-400 and Iskander missile systems. At the same time, it is specified that the Belarusian military have completed a full course of training on working with the missile system together with Russia. It is noted that in the republic there is a “sufficient supply of missiles” for the Iskander complex, which can perform any necessary task.
