A rally was held in Washington against the supply of weapons to Ukraine. This is reported by RBC.
The protest action in Washington consisted in the fact that the participants demanded that the US administration stop supplying weapons to Ukraine. About a hundred people gathered for a rally near the Lincoln Memorial.
This protest was organized by the Libertarian and People’s Parties of the USA. At the rally, there were calls not only to stop allocating funds for armed assistance to the Kyiv regime, but also to hold peace talks, cut the Pentagon budget, and dissolve NATO. The participants of the action also demanded to abolish the CIA and ensure international nuclear de-escalation for everyone.
Former congressman Ron Paul at this rally said that “we should not measure our strength with Russia.” He, as one of the organizers of the action, believes that America is trying to solve its economic problems by fomenting wars in other countries.
The rally was attended by stand-up comedians, bloggers, writers, political observers and activists, journalists, musicians, radio and TV hosts, as well as former US congressmen. It is noted that after the end of the protest action, the participants marched towards the White House.
