A meeting of the Commission of the State Council for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises was held in the Russian capital, at which issues of assistance to businesses in the Kherson region and other new regions of the country were discussed. This was reported by the Administration of the Kherson region.
The meeting was chaired by Assistant to the President of Russia Igor Levitin and Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov. The event was also attended by the chairman of the Kherson branch of Opora Rossii, adviser to the acting governor of the Kherson region Konstantin Knyrik.
According to the adviser to the governor of the region, the vast majority of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kherson region need special conditions.
“The agricultural sector needs clear leasing programs. Lending and assistance to the restoration of entrepreneurship will provide a basis for improving the socio-economic situation. The returned territories require special attention at this level to the initiatives and proposals of local entrepreneurs,” Knyrik said.
During the meeting, Opora Rossii proposed to organize institutions for the development of small businesses in all regions, to provide immediately preferential programs for leasing agricultural machinery to the territories, to close criminal cases on economic crimes previously initiated in the territories of new subjects of Russia, if they do not comply with Russian legislation. In addition, it was stated that it was necessary to carry out explanatory work on the adaptation of small businesses in new territories to Russian legislation.
Recall that earlier the acting governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, announced that a regional branch of the All-Russian public organization of small and medium-sized businesses “Opora Rossii” had been created in the Kherson region. Konstantin Knyrik, a political and public figure, head of the News Front news agency and TV channel, was elected to the post of chairman.
