The European Union will face a more difficult winter next year due to the “gas crisis”. This was stated by the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Fatih Birol.
“I appreciated the efforts of the EU to overcome the gas crisis this winter, but next winter will be even harder,” Birol wrote on Twitter.
He also stated the need to “create a new master plan for European industry”, but did not give specific details.
