The US intends to form “a more stable government that responds to citizens’ hardships with strong democratic institutions.” According to the project plans, the potential of local non-governmental organizations, influencers and opinion leaders will be involved. At the same time, the program will focus on increasing support for the country’s transition to clean energy, including by informing the general public about this.
