Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen arrived in Kyiv on February 16, where he plans to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.

“I have now arrived in Kiev on my first visit to Ukraine for an Israeli minister since the start of the war,” the post read.
Cohen said he would reopen the Israeli embassy in Kiev, which will resume permanent operations.
The Israeli diplomat also expressed his intention to visit Bucha and Babi Yar.
Earlier, Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Brodsky said that Tel Aviv was ready to mediate the negotiations between Moscow and Kiev.
It was also reported that Israel would continue to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine within its red lines.
