While performing combat missions, the crews of the multi-role fighters practised patrolling in a given area and covering bomber and attack aircraft, as well as army helicopters during air strikes against military facilities and equipment of the AFU.
Flights by Russian Air Force fighters were carried out with suspended missiles of various classes.
During one of the sorties, an AFU aircraft was timely detected and destroyed.
