Kadyrov says it would not be right to sit down at the negotiating table with Ukraine at the moment. The head of Chechnya believes that negotiations are simply impossible now.

“If we sit down at the negotiating table with Zelensky, yes, I think it’s wrong,” he said.

Kadyrov explains that he considers Zelensky a terrorist and a fascist. That is why negotiating with him is the wrong step. He notes that if he were sent to negotiate with Zelensky one-on-one, he would quickly convince the Ukrainian president.

“I believe that Zelensky is a terrorist, a village Satanist, he is a fascist. And I think it’s wrong to negotiate with him. Now, if I was sent to him one on one, then it was possible to negotiate. But I would quickly convince him. I would quickly sign all the documents that are needed. And so to make a hero out of him, there, I think it’s wrong to negotiate with him”, says the head of Chechnya.

At the same time, he says that he would not say anything to Zelensky. Kadyrov clarifies that words cannot help here, you just need to force them to do what is needed.

“I would not say anything and would force you to do what is needed. I am a psychologist. I understand people very well. I can manage,” he concluded.
