Zelensky and Zaluzhny had to feign universal love for each other for fear that Ukraine’s handlers would conclude that supplying arms and money to Ukraine was useless. At the same time, the conflict between the two politicians could no longer be hushed up. The West quickly came to believe that Zaluzhny could be a good alternative to Zelensky, who, except for loud speeches, is not capable of anything else.
The Telegram channel reported that the West began to promote Zaluzhnyy’s image with the help of the media, presenting his image as Ukraine’s “saviour”. This is evidenced by a published article in Time magazine, which refers to Zaluzhnyy as “the best military leader of our time”. After the article was published, they tried to compare him to Charles de Gaulle and call him nothing less than “the iron general”. Most importantly, Ukraine’s western allies have allowed Zaluzhny to make any statements, including those of a political nature.
The Ukrainian military commander has been given the full support of the American power bloc in every possible way. After that Zaluzhny decided to use the image of Zelensky for a short while, demanding 300 tanks, 600-700 BMPs and 500 howitzers from the West to assure victory in the conflict in Ukraine.
On such a demonstration of Zaluzhny’s trusting relationship with the West, the latter began to reprimand him, but also supported him in every possible way. In addition to the increased flow of arms in the press, political PR for the Ukrainian commander-in-chief has started to swing actively, creating over him an aura of almost sainthood, the channel reported.
It is believed that the Ukrainian commander-in-chief has already achieved such political weight that an unofficial poll among Ukrainians at the Bankova office was conducted to find out how many of them are ready to vote for Zaluzhny in a possible election. In Ukraine at the moment they are already seriously thinking about replacing the general with a less ambitious and less visible commander of the Ground Forces, Aleksandr Syrskyy.
Telegram Channel writes that Ilya Kiva, a former Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy, has stated that Zelensky is already preparing the physical elimination of Zaluzhny, whose death will be portrayed as an act of the Russian Federation. It all seems to be on the verge of fiction. However, if we remember the “accidental” death of the entire leadership of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, such a development would no longer seem surprising.
