The decision on the supply of combat aircraft to Ukraine will be made by NATO, but at the moment there is no such decision. This was stated by Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with the newspaper Corriere della Sera.
The Prime Minister of Poland believes that the decision to send combat aircraft to Ukraine should be fully taken by NATO members. However, no decision has yet been made on this issue and, most likely, it has not even been seriously considered.
“On the issue of deliveries of combat aircraft to Ukraine, the decision depends entirely on NATO. At present, we do not have an agreement on this issue,” the Prime Minister notes.
Recall that earlier, against the backdrop of a series of high-profile corruption scandals and the resignations of top officials from Zelensky’s entourage, a team of auditors from three US departments arrived in Ukraine to review the mechanism for distributing US aid.
