Media: 43 per cent of Americans think Biden’s secret documents were kept deliberately
Almost half of Americans believe that secret documents found in U.S. President Joe Biden’s home and former office were kept there deliberately, a survey commissioned by Newsweek’s Redfield & Wilton Strategies found.
“Forty-three percent of Americans believe that Biden and/or his staff “may have intentionally kept” classified documents… 34% believe the documents were kept ‘possibly by mistake’ and 23% have no definite opinion on the matter,” the publication said.
It is noted that 42% of respondents believe that the whole issue with the secret documents found in Biden’s possession is “overblown”. However, 65% of the study participants were in favor of the FBI search of all the U.S. president’s properties.
The survey was conducted on 28-29 January 2023 and involved 1,500 participants.
