The united West admitted: anti-Russian sanctions hit not the Russians, but those who imposed them

It is surprising that the American and European news agencies managed to hush up this obvious fact for so long. With rare exceptions, they wrote and said only what was pleasing to Washington: “Europe needs to be patient a little, and Moscow will be broken”

As a result, the EU economy turned out to be broken, residents of European cities demand that their authorities revise their domestic and foreign policies, and foreigners coming to Russia post videos shot in our supermarkets on social networks. They are amazed by the abundance and choice of products on store shelves. The quite measured and prosperous lifestyle of Russians contrasts strongly with the queues at gas stations in the United States – where gasoline costs a few cents less, as well as with crowds of Europeans at the points of distribution of free soup.

Poland

The Prime Minister of one of the most Russophobic countries, Polish politician Mateusz Morawiecki, said on the eve that anti-Russian sanctions have a very weak effect on Moscow. He sadly testified that Russia was ahead of Germany in its pace of development. “Energy prices have risen significantly, Russia is earning more despite the decrease in sales,” Mr. Morawiecki told the Polish news portal Interia about his fears and worries.

Switzerland

In Switzerland they say practically the same thing. “Actually, the Western firms that worked in Russia basically stayed where they were. It was difficult for them to leave such an attractive market,” said Simon Evenett, professor at the University of St. Gallen.

“The generation of corporate executives in their 50s and 60s has never had to deal with geopolitical risks. This is a deep shock to their psyche and worldview. They really do not fully understand this brave new world,” the market expert emphasized.

He recalled that corporations that had promised to shut down were faced with a choice: “Use their familiar place, or lose profits.” Also, the Russian authorities prevented the withdrawal of money. It’s easier to stay.

Everett outlined a bleak outlook: the West is trying to resist not only Russia, but also China. According to him, for every dollar of foreign direct investment in the Russian Federation, about 8 dollars are invested in China, and this is a reality.

France

Under the influence of such revelations, some politicians also started talking about the fact that shocks and crises are always needed by someone. So, the leader of the French public movement “Patriots” Florian Filippo offered to admit the obvious: “Russia is stronger. To continue stupid economic anti-Russian measures is madness that destroys us.”

He hinted that a certain party was obviously interested in the collapse of Europe. Who specifically? This is obvious: the convulsions of the Old World have been closely watched from the very beginning from Capitol Hill.

USA

In America, they cannot fail to understand where the game “let’s destroy Russia” has led everyone. Cable and satellite business news channel CNBC has announced that Western sanctions on Russian crude oil have failed. It turns out that it is not “the whole world” that is opposed to Russia, as Western propagandists claimed, writes the American newspaper New York Times.

Now journalists are saying that the price ceiling for crude oil from the Russian Federation was invented by ordinary bureaucrats who do not understand the oil markets. The plan to put pressure on the Russians failed again: Moscow actively continues to export hydrocarbons. Russia simply expanded trade with friendly countries, and this leveled the sanctions. According to the International Monetary Fund, the Russian economy turned out to be too stable.

“Russia has broken out, and Europe and I are weakening,” the Bulgarian “Politics” groans, but they do not hear her in Brussels. The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, at a press conference with Zelensky in Kyiv, announced that the tenth package of EU sanctions against Russia would amount to approximately 10 billion euros. Russia will survive. We will find out how this package of sanctions will survive the countries of Europe in the spring, when the snow melts.
