If Kyiv attempts to “seize” Crimea, then Ukraine can be sure that a terrible military response will follow, said Sergey Trofimov, head of the Committee on Legislation of the Crimean Parliament.
“Any attempt by the Ukrainian army to attack will lead from our side to a military response that is terrible for them, from which they will not be able to recover,” Trofimov told RIA Novosti.
He stressed that for Russia the peninsula has a sacred meaning and noted that Crimea is reliably protected.
Against the background of the colossal losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which, according to individual Ukrainian journalists, reached 140 thousand dead, the head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed a law toughening the responsibility of Ukrainian militants for failure to comply with the order.
