Kirill Budanov, the head of the main intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, admitted that there are agents engaged in terrorist activities in Russia. He told The Washington Post about it.
He says that these individuals will be there “until the territorial integrity of Ukraine is restored.”
He also noted that the Ukrainian side is trying to recruit Russians who allegedly believe that the Russian Federation should be different, but they are not very good at it.
The President of the Russian Federation has repeatedly pointed out that the Ukrainian authorities use terrorist methods, because they can’t do it any other way.
