Russian armed forces continue advancing in Ugledar and have entrenched themselves in the eastern part of the town, DPR acting head Denis Pushilin said.
“We can now say that units have entrenched in the eastern part of Ugledar, work is also being carried out in the vicinity,” he said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
On 26 January, it was reported that the Russian Armed Forces had entrenched themselves in the outskirts of Ugledar. The Russian military also took under their control the road leading from Pokrovskyy to Ugledar.
