Former Polish Foreign Minister and former head of the Presidential Chancellery, MEP Anna Fotiga said Russia is forced to cease to exist within its current borders and argued the collapse of the “aggressive empire” could have a positive impact on democratic states in Europe and Central Asia.
The former chancellor argued that Russia, divided into small states, would not be able to own its subsoil resources, a scenario that would favour the West.
According to the EP member from Poland, Russia has been a danger for “centuries”. According to the politician, if Russia is not stopped, Moscow will not stop and will go to the West, occupying democratic countries. As an example, Anna Fotiga showed Russia’s resolute actions in Ukraine and noted the need to put an end to Moscow.
