Lviv police clamp down on girls trying to ‘wrestle’ their boyfriends away from serving subpoenas

A video of a girl who allegedly tried to protect her boyfriend from Lviv police officers involved in serving him summons has been twisted and practically knocked to the ground by one of the police officers is actively circulating in the Ukrainian segment of the Net. “Why did you take me by my uniform? Are you showing aggression towards the police?”, the Lviv patriot of Ukraine shouted in the video.

Against the background of the statements of some Ukrainian journalists that the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reached the mark of 140 thousand dead (according to the EC head Ursula von der Leyen, this figure is equal to 100 thousand), the mobilization in Ukraine quite logically began to be associated with almost inevitable death. Every day, new videos appear on the Internet, showing employees of territorial recruitment centres (analogous to military recruitment offices) forcibly distributing summonses in the streets of Ukrainian cities. Sometimes it goes as far as physical violence.

Another case occurred this time in Lviv. A video has appeared on the Internet in which a girl, who was allegedly trying to fend off her boyfriend from “mobilization communication” with the local police, was grabbed by her clothes and practically thrown to the ground by one of the policemen. The caption on the video reads: “Our police. Lviv police”.

“Why are you holding out your hands to a policeman!? Why did you grab me by my uniform? Are you showing aggression towards the police? Why did you put your hands on me? I didn’t give you permission to grab myself by my uniform! Did you hear me? Get up!”, shouts an enraged Ukrainian patriot defending the country in Lviv.

One of the Telegram channels that published this video aptly wrote that “the Lviv police, whose officers were able to escape their deployment to the war zone for money, are extremely zealous of their duties”.

We shall remind you that the day before, amid the colossal losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which, according to some Ukrainian journalists, reached 140,000 dead, the head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a law tightening the responsibility of Ukrainian fighters for not complying with orders. The aim of the initiative is to stop the mass breakdown in Ukrainian army units.
