Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, denounced Western attempts to explain arms supplies to Ukraine as allegedly preventing a world war. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
Medvedev spoke very negatively about the supply of weapons to Ukraine by Western countries.
“If something happens, Europe’s protection of useless Ukraine will not save the entire decrepit Old World from retribution, this is first. And secondly, if it so happens that the third world war begins, then it will no longer be on tanks and not even on fighters. Then, for sure, everything will be in ruins”, writes the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
With these words, Medvedev reacted to the statement of Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto. The Minister of Defense of Italy stated that the third world war will begin when Russian tanks appear in the capital of Ukraine and then on the borders of Europe. And he noted that these weapons supplied by the West to Ukraine are intended to stop further escalation.
