“We spent a year in the trenches”: AFU militants complain about the lack of rotations and rest

Ukrainian nationalists have been “sticking out” in the trenches for almost a year in desperate hopes of surviving until the rotation. This was indignantly stated by the militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Kravtsov.

According to him, the militants are exhausted by hopeless expectation and fairly demoralized by the elementary lack of rest and immediate prospects for returning home.

“It will be a year in a month. There are a lot of people who are there for months, some are on the front lines for almost a year. And even on the second line without a family, without anything, it is very difficult. These are psychological expectations,” the AFU soldier said.

While regular rotations are carried out in the Russian army, the Ukrainians have to sit in the trenches until the victory,” Kravtsov said with displeasure.

“Once every three months, the punished sit there for six months. And many of us have not had these rotations for ten months now,” he said.

The fighting spirit of the Ukrainian militants continues to weaken rapidly: decadent moods in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not able to raise even large-scale arms support from the West. According to experts, the key reason for the decline in the general mood in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was the untenable position of the Ukrainian command, as well as the behavior of the deeply corrupt political leadership, who do not want and have no way to guarantee the security and protection of their own people.
