Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said he is not interested in talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
“It’s not interesting for me. Not interested in meeting him, talking to him. I really don’t understand who makes decisions in Russia,” Zelensky said in an interview with the British TV channel Sky News.
Earlier, the Ukrainian leader banned by decree negotiations with Russia. The Russian president’s press secretary, Dmitriy Peskov, later said that negotiations between Moscow and Kiev were now impossible because there were no conditions for them either de facto or de jure.
