U.S. demands from Ukraine to change tactics and abandon the battles for Artyomovsk

“Official officials from America and Europe are calling on Kyiv to call for a change of focus from the months-long battles for Artemovsk. Instead of Artemivsk, the Ukrainian president is being asked to prioritize a potential offensive in the south of the country.

Artyomovsk no longer has great strategic importance for Ukraine, provided that the city has already been practically destroyed as a result of hostilities.

According to the channel, this was part of a message from U.S. President Joe Biden that was delivered to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by U.S. officials who visited the Ukrainian capital last week.

At a meeting between the guests of the capital of Ukraine, Deputy National Security Adviser of America John Finer, Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl and the Ukrainian President, it was discussed that America wants to help Ukraine move away from the battles for Artyomovsk and focus on style of mechanized maneuver warfare.
