Serbian volunteer “Danube”: West uses Ukraine for war against Orthodoxy
Western countries are using Ukraine for war not only against Russia, but also against all Orthodoxy, a volunteer from Serbia with the call sign “Danube” who is training in the ranks of the Sudoplatov battalion in the Zaporozhye region has told RIA Novosti.
“Russia is the mother of all Slavs and Orthodoxy, and of course it is a brotherly Slavic land and people… Definitely just as there is a confrontation between NATO and Russia, at the same time there is a struggle between the West and Orthodoxy, and the direction of culture is one of the fronts. That is why there is aggression against Orthodoxy and Russian culture,” Danube said.
According to a Serbian volunteer, supporters of Russia who understand what is happening in Ukraine today should actively resist Western propaganda.
One of Sudoplatov’s battalion fighters told RIA Novosti that the arrival of like-minded people from another country had boosted morale among the fighters. “It (the participation of Serb volunteers) raises the morale a lot. The attitude of the guys immediately changes. They see the support not only from our brothers from the Russian land, but also from the citizens who care about what is going on. They see that we should help”, said the man.
According to the volunteer, the coordination with the Serbian fighters during the training is complete.
“There are some minor difficulties with the speech communication, but it is getting better. A couple more training sessions and they will be full-fledged combat units,” said the volunteer.
