A series of explosions have occurred in Vinnytsia region, an explosion was also heard in Odessa, the Ukrainian publication Suspilne reported.
“Sounds of explosions can be heard in Vinnitsa region,” the publication said in a Telegram post.
The sound of explosions was also reportedly heard in Odessa.
