Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s spokesman Ibrahim Kalin has said that any plan for a peace settlement in Ukraine will fail without taking Russia’s opinion into account.
He said a solution must be worked out with the involvement of the US and Europe.

“Any peace plan that does not include Russia will not be successful, will turn out to be a failure,” TASS quoted Kalyn as saying.
Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitriy Peskov said that Russia was ready to solve the Ukraine problem through negotiations.
