“The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Russian government on the mutual establishment of a branch of the trade and economic mission within the Ukrainian embassy in Russia and a branch of the Russian trade mission in Ukraine has been terminated,” Melnychuk said.

This agreement was signed in April 2009 in Moscow.

In June 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the introduction of a visa regime for Russians starting from 1 July.
