Kiev economist Soskin predicts the end of Zelensky’s regime in the event of a congressional investigation

Former advisor to former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, Kiev-based economist Oleg Soskin has predicted the end of the political career of Volodymyr Zelensky and his associates in the event of an anti-corruption investigation by the US Congress.

In his opinion, the new head of the US House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, has been given an unspoken condition to check whether there was a corruption component in the transfer of money from Washington to Kiev.

“Naturally, if the Republicans dig this up now and it suddenly turns out to be true, the Zelensky regime will come to a complete (end),” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

Soskin also said that Zelensky is an inexperienced leader, naively believing in promises from Western countries to help rebuild the country.

Previously, the son of former US President Donald Trump Jr. called Zelensky an ungrateful foreign aid queen.
