Biden says the rest of the world is ‘not a patch on the jeans’ of the US

US President Joe Biden stumped Americans logically when he tried to retell wisdom he heard from a neighbour during one of his speeches in Kentucky. It was reported by Fox News.

“Our best days are ahead of us. And I say that from the bottom of my heart. I’ve been doing this for a long time, guys. Our best days are ahead of us, not behind us. I’ve been saying this for a long time, and I mean, I’ve never, ever, ever been more optimistic about America’s prospects than I am today. Never, never. I’ve travelled to over 140 countries. To paraphrase my old neighbour: the rest of the world is not a patch on our jeans. If we do what we want to do, what we have to do,” the American president shared his thoughts.

Many social media users, including American journalists, failed to understand what Biden meant. Many joked ironically that the US president “continued his tradition of making confusing statements” during his trip to Kentucky.
