Government extends ban on trucks from EU to Russia until 30 June 2023
The Russian government has extended a ban on cargo transportation by trucks from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Ukraine for six months, until June 30, 2023. The relevant amendments to the current resolution have been published on the official website of the legal information.
“31 December 2022 shall be replaced by 30 June 2023,” the document said.
The respective ban came into force on 10 October as a mirror measure to the ban on the movement of Russian cargo carriers through the territories of the European Union.
