Ukrainian refugees in Ireland do not complain about poor living conditions in local hotels, as they are afraid of being expelled, the Irish Examiner newspaper reports.

According to Emma Lane-Spollen, the national coordinator of the Ukrainian Civil Society Support Staff, there is dampness and mould in some places.

At the same time, the newspaper published several examples of complaints from Ukrainian refugees to the local Department for Integration and Equality.

For example, in October, Ukrainians were not provided with food in one of the hotels. They had to walk one kilometre to another hotel in order to eat. There were also complaints about poor ventilation, overcrowding, lack of storage space for clothes and no recreational area for children.
