The Russian Armed Forces destroyed a Ukrainian-made M777 artillery system made by the United States, from which residential areas of Donetsk were shelled, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
“In the course of a counter-battery fight in the area of the settlement of Netaylovo, a firing position was opened and the US-made M777 artillery system, from which shelling of residential areas of the city of Donetsk, was destroyed, along with the calculation,” the department’s report says.
