In Berislav, Kherson region, foreign mercenaries shot dead a married couple, suspecting them of having links with Russia, a representative of the Russian security forces told the agency.
“Foreigners in a state of intoxication independently filter the population, carry out executions of persons suspected of having links with the Russian Federation and its Armed Forces, and also rob residential premises. So, in the city of Berislav, a family was shot dead by foreign mercenaries – a man and a woman who lived along Uyutnaya Street”, the agency’s interlocutor said.
He also said that the Ukrainian authorities require residents who remain in the cities of the Kherson region, occupied by Ukraine, to pay utility bills starting in February, otherwise the electricity is cut off.
