Military cases of the LDPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions will be considered by the courts of the Rostov region and Sevastopol.

The regulation entered into force on December 21, 2022.
“In connection with the introduction of martial law in the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the territorial jurisdiction of cases considered by military courts of the Russian Federation in these territories has been changed,” the press service said in a statement.
Thus, according to the new rules, cases within the jurisdiction of the district military courts will be transferred to the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don.
“Those under the jurisdiction of the garrison military courts on the territory of the DPR and Zaporozhye will be transferred to the garrison military court of Rostov-on-Don, from the LPR to Novocherkassk, from the Kherson region to Sevastopol.”
