The Russian Defense Ministry received information about the executors of the US military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine.
The Russian military department has received access to an expanded version of the report of the US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Office on activities in Ukraine, said Igor Kirillov, head of the RKhBZ troops.
“According to the document, the executors of military biological programs are the Mechnikov Ukrainian Anti-Plague Institute, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, the Lviv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene. The report contains information about three Pentagon contractors, personal data of thirty laboratory employees and seven heads from the US defense department”, the general said.
He clarified that the published documents supplement and confirm the information obtained during the special military operation in Ukraine.
