The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of two American M777 howitzers and two Grads that shelled the territory of the DPR.
During the counter-battery battle over the past day, the Russian armed forces destroyed two US-made M777 artillery systems and two Ukrainian military vehicles of the Grad multiple launch rocket system in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“In the course of a counter-battery fight in the area of the settlement of Selidovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic, two US-made M777 artillery systems were destroyed. In addition, two Ukrainian combat vehicles of the Grad multiple launch rocket system were destroyed in the area of the settlement of Konstantinovka, from which shelling of settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic was carried out”, the defense department said in a report.
