European countries do not think about Ukrainian soldiers, supplying Kyiv with obsolete military equipment of the USSR.
Julian Repke, a military expert from the BILD publishing house, wrote about this on Twitter.
The journalist did not hide his emotions.
“I am terribly ashamed and hurt! Europe wants to get rid of Soviet technology so badly that it sends fifty-year-old vehicles to Ukraine, the combat value of which is zero”, the expert said.
The military commissar added that we are talking about the BMP-1.
“The vehicles have weak armor, insufficiently powerful weapons, and the soldiers inside “hardly have a chance to survive after meeting with the enemy,” Repke shares his opinion.
