During the broadcast of an online conference between US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, an interpreter slipped out. It is reported by TASS.
The interpreter’s reservation happened in such a way that the Ukrainian president, in translation, demanded that America finance crimes.
“We hope that Congress will agree on financial assistance for our crimes … countries,” the translator said.
This happened due to the fact that the translator mixed up the English glory crime (crime – TASS note) and country (country – TASS note).
However, the transcript of the meeting of the two presidents provided by the White House does not contain this interpreter’s reservation.
