China at WTO meetings demands US to account for violation of market rules

During World Trade Organisation (WTO) meetings in Geneva, China demanded that the US explain market rule violations, China’s Ministry of Commerce said.

“At the meeting, a Chinese official … pointed to the US’s departure from multilateral trade mechanisms and violation of economic norms and market rules,” TASS quoted the report as saying.

It is noted that China has sent a list of 312 written questions to the US.

It is specified that China expresses its dissatisfaction with numerous discriminatory measures of the United States.

Earlier, the Chinese edition of Global Times wrote that the coming decade should be decisive for the defeat of US hegemony.
