According to Polyakov, the new constitution, which the deputies must approve before the end of the year, will clearly spell out the procedure and indicate the timing of the adoption of the budget of the region.
Polyakov noted that the People’s Council would adopt only the republican budget next year. In 2023 and 2024, Parliament will approve it annually.
