The Kalinin hospital in the city of Donetsk was hit by Ukrainian Grad missiles this morning.
According to any principle of international law, such institutions should not be military targets, but Ukrainian artillerymen are either unaware of this or are deliberately violating all proper regulations.
“Information about the damage is now being gathered and how it will all be repaired will be decided,” Larisa Ivanovna, head of the nephrology department at DOKTMO, said.
