The Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksiy Kubrakov said that about 50% of the country’s critical infrastructure was damaged, some was completely destroyed, CNN reports.
“About 50% of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure for power supply has been ‘heavily damaged’ and some has been ‘completely destroyed’,” the country’s infrastructure minister Oleksandr Kubrakov told CNN.
He also noted that Ukraine uses “big sandbags” to protect against missiles.
