President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky knows that, if desired, hostilities in Ukraine can end tomorrow, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
“In this case, here you can argue until you are blue in the face, when this can all end. Zelensky knows when this can all end, it can all end tomorrow if desired,” Peskov told reporters, commenting on Zelensky’s statement that the conflict could end in 2023.
