The President of Ukraine will be able to gain power over the Constitutional Court of Ukraine after three judges have resigned. This is reported by the online edition “Zerkalo Nedeli”.
Three judges who were dismissed today from the Constitutional Court of Ukraine were included in the parliamentary quota. In connection with their resignation, the authorities in the Verkhovna Rada will be able to bring people loyal to the authorities to the Constitutional Court.
“Today, at their own request, three judges voted for their resignation – Irina Zavgorodnyaya, Sergey Sasa and Igor Slidenko. Thus, they gave the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky full power over the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.
