Europe won’t let go of energy crisis – WP
The Washington Post writes about it.
According to the newspaper, the worst energy crisis in Europe is not over yet.
Given the falling prices, gas is now seven times more expensive than it was between 2000 and 2020.
WP notes that Europe’s “the worst is over” mantra is useless. As the cold season has only just begun.
“The meteorological winter began on 1 December. More than 100 of the coldest days of the year are ahead. And we just don’t know if the season will be normal, mild or very cold,” writes the media.
