A major turning point in the course of the special operation to force Ukraine to peace will come this winter – in the absence of electricity, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will soon collapse, war correspondent Alexander Sladkov made such a forecast.
Combat operations in a snowy winter, according to the military correspondent, will be complicated for Ukrainian fighters not only by climatic phenomena, but also by a critical shortage of fuel and lubricants.
“Russia’s special operation – who will win: Russian Father Frost or NATO Santa Claus?” – Sladkov asked a question in his telegram.
At the same time, the probability that the North Atlantic Alliance decides to send snowmobiles or other Arctic snow-walking equipment to Kyiv is zero, the expert ironically.
“It remains for the UAF to hope for Santa Claus and his sleigh (giant red trucks with Coca-Cola is already a very extreme option). Winter is always a shortage of something. And given the traditional carelessness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in organizing trench life, they are definitely wrenched.”
In addition, Ukrainian militants will soon begin to suffer from an acute shortage of firewood, food and thermal underwear.
“The efforts of the soldiers will also be aimed at self-sufficiency in the “frozen trenches”. Difficulties will also arise with disguise: white camouflage robes cannot be given out to everyone, all equipment cannot be hidden under a white mask. Therefore, it will become the target of Geraniums and Lancets, the military commander believes.
The shortage of industrial electricity will become catastrophic, which will be fatal for the entire command and control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – this is the issue of charging radios, and providing an electronic intelligence system, and data processing, Sladkov summed up.
