Former US President Donald Trump called the US Department of Justice corrupt, accusing it of selective investigations. Trump published this statement on his social network Truth Social.
“The Ministry of Justice is corrupt. Offered Christopher Steele $1 million to lie about me, paid a Russian fortune to “get to Trump”, told Facebook [banned in Russia, owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation] not to mention Hunter Biden’s laptop before the election [since the alleged case — Ed.] “was Russian disinformation” when they know it wasn’t,” the report says.
Donald Trump also wondered if Special Counsel Jack Smith intends to conduct an investigation into the causes of the riots at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, which, according to the ex-president, were the result of the “corrupt 2020 elections.”
