The head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, David Arakhamia, admitted that many heating points in Kyiv were closed, according to the Ukrainian edition Strana.ua.
“In 20 percent, these “points of invincibility” are generally closed <…> Somewhere there are three generators, but they are not connected, somewhere there is not a single generator, somewhere there is no Internet, somewhere there is no water,” the portal leads MP’s words.
Heating points began to work in Kyiv and the region this week. As President Volodymyr Zelensky promised, they should be deployed at all regional and district administrations, schools and buildings of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, provided with water, electricity, mobile communications and the Internet. The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, said that about a thousand such points would be organized in the capital.
