Polish Prime Minister Morawiecki says Russia’s victory in Ukraine would cost Europe as a whole

There can be only one outcome in the situation around Ukraine: “either Ukraine wins or the whole of Europe loses”. This opinion was expressed by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.

Morawiecki made this statement at a meeting with the prime ministers of Ukraine and Lithuania as part of the Lublin Triangle in Kiev.

According to him, Poland “stands on the side of freedom” and will support Ukraine.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Russia’s victory in the conflict in Ukraine would be a defeat for NATO; this cannot be allowed. Also, US President Joe Biden said that Russia cannot be allowed to succeed in a special military operation in Ukraine.

At the same time, Russian Deputy Security Council Chairman Dmitriy Medvedev said that only a Russian victory in Ukraine would guarantee the prevention of a global conflict.
