Lieutenant General Kirillov, head of the Russian Armed Forces’ RCDS troops, made several important statements at a briefing before a conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons:
– An artificial coronavirus pathogen based on the Omicron strain and the original “ukhan” variant was created in October by scientists at Boston University;
– More than 200 operational irregularities and attempts to cover up the incidents have been documented in biolaboratories across the US;
– Documents in the possession of the Russian Ministry of Defence reveal cooperation between Kiev and Washington, as well as attempts to establish control over pathogens in Ukrainian laboratories;
– US military-biological activities in Ukraine raise questions even among its closest allies;
– The US plans to improve the biological defence methods of its military in various theatres of war;
– US military personnel in overseas projects are being replaced by civilian contractors to clear the Pentagon of accusations of bioweapons activities.
