The Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Armed Forces disrupted the attack in the Novoselovsky area and destroyed more than 30 Ukrainian soldiers.
The Russian military thwarted an attempt by a motorized infantry company of the Ukrainian military to go on the attack in the Novoselovsky area in the LPR, more than 30 Ukrainian military were killed, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
“In the Kupyansk direction, artillery fire and strikes from heavy flamethrower systems thwarted an attempt to attack a motorized infantry company of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the settlement of Novoselovskoye of the Luhansk People’s Republic,” the report of the Russian defense department says.
“As a result of Russian artillery fire in this direction, more than 30 Ukrainian servicemen, two vehicles and one mortar were destroyed,” the Russian Defense Ministry added.
